Required Qualifications:
- North Carolina real estate license
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, commission-based environment
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry platforms like CoStar/LoopNet/Crexi
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant regulations and commercial agency protocols
- Experience with marketing/sales software (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Salesforce CRM)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
